The world's largest burger with red caviar was created by the TV-3 channel and food bloggers from the YouTube channel "I Want to Eat" in 2023.

The channel thus supported the premiere of the series “Major”, created by the production company “Sreda”.

To prepare a giant burger with red caviar, we needed 20 boiled eggs, peeled and grated on a coarse grater, and three 500 g packs of hard cheese (1.5 kg in total). The cheese was also grated on a coarse grater.

In one bowl, mix eggs and cheese, add 800 g of mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.

Then the authors of the record took two buns, each weighing 2121 g and 30 cm in diameter, and cut each bun in half.

The bottom of each bun was covered with a mixture of eggs, cheese and mayonnaise, and then caviar was laid out – by the way, exactly 5 kg of it was used.

Gradually, all the “floors” of the burger were connected – the final layer was the top of one of the buns.

The height and diameter of the finished product were 21 and 30 cm, respectively, and its weight was almost 7.5 kg (to be more precise, 7401 g).

Earlier we talked about whether it is possible to run a hundred meters in wooden shoes.
