The record for the longest telephone conversation was set more than ten years ago – back in 2012.
Then the Latvian advertising agency SponsorKing and a well-known telecom operator organized a competition with the aim of breaking the previous world record.
Let us recall that it exceeded 43 hours.
Two brave couples, Leonid Romanov and Tatyana Fedorova, as well as Patrik Zvaigzne and Kristaps Stals, volunteered to take part in the event.
As a result, the Latvians talked to each other for 54 hours and 4 minutes.
The fight was stopped by the event organizers themselves, who were seriously concerned about the condition of the participants.
As a reward, the winners received about five thousand dollars and commemorative certificates.
The result, of course, was entered into the Guinness Book of Records.
Earlier we told you about a Japanese man who did almost 9 thousand pull-ups in 24 hours.
