As it turns out, this achievement belongs collectively to the residents of Peru, who united to set the record. In total, they managed to cook just under 785 kilograms of the dish.
The basis was the artichoke salad, which is typical for this region. In addition to the main product, the composition included carrots, sweet peppers and olives.
