The world's tallest chocolate sculpture was made in Dubai.

The height of the structure reached 13.52 meters, which is why it was included in the Guinness Book of Records.

The achievement was set almost ten years ago - the sculpture was unveiled on November 27, 2014 at Dubai International Airport.

The chocolate sculpture was a replica of the famous Burj Khalifa skyscraper.

Its author is Andrew Farooqia, who is a citizen of Malta.

The plans of either the architect or the confectioner included the creation of a 17-meter structure.

The tower was created using 5,200 kilograms of Belgian chocolate, which was cut into 10,000 pieces, which later became the material for the construction of the chocolate building.

Preparation took place in Malta, in Farooj's workshop, after which the chocolate was transported to Dubai in a refrigerated chamber.

Due to the chocolate melting and changing shape, Andrew was unable to reach the height he had planned. However, despite this, he created a real work of art.
