But the dimensions of the product, which was included in the Guinness Book of Records, will impress anyone.

No wonder: the length of the giant cutlery, made from Korean cedar wood, is 6 meters 29.5 centimeters.

During the time of Confucius (551-479 BC), chopsticks became especially popular, as the philosopher called for the abandonment of the use of knives because they were considered a symbol of violence.

In the Middle Ages, aristocrats in the Middle Kingdom used mainly silver wands.

It was believed that if poison was added to an official's food, the silver would immediately turn black, warning the owner of the danger.

Today, chopsticks made of bamboo, plastic and aluminum are common in China.
