Such unusual and rare trees grow on the territory of the island of Saint Helena, which became famous thanks to Napoleon.
It is believed that there used to be more of these trees on the island, but the settlement of the territory left virtually no chance for the relict species to survive.
However, cabbage trees can still be found on the distant island. The amazing fact is that there are even several species of tree daisies.
