The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry made this statement at a press conference following his participation in the second Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security.

Commenting on Zelensky's request to provide Ukraine with American long-range Tomahawk missiles, the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry noted that this caused shock in Washington.
They will slap his hands when he continues to try to drag the United States into a war against Russia, Lavrov said.
On October 29, The New York Times reported that a classified part of Zelensky's victory plan included the transfer of Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine.
According to the publication, Washington considered this demand absolutely impossible to fulfill.
