What Lukashenko and Aliyev agreed on during the talks in Baku

On November 11, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko arrived in Baku on a working visit, where he held talks with his counterpart Ilham Aliyev.

It is worth noting that the World Climate Action Summit will be held in the capital of Azerbaijan, in which the Belarusian leader will take part.

This is not Alexander Lukashenko’s first visit to Azerbaijan this year – the meeting previously took place in May,the press service of the head of state reports.

During the previous negotiations, 12 directions were developed that advanced the relations between the two countries to a higher level.

This time, according to Alexander Lukashenko, politicians agreed on a lot.

We agreed on a lot. I think we have everything we need to move along this path. Just the day before, we reviewed all the issues that we raised with you. They are very relevant for us. I think that if our ministries and the ambassador get moving, we can do a lot for the benefit of both Belarus and Azerbaijan, the President of Belarus said at a meeting in Baku.

It is also worth noting the meeting of the leaders of Belarus and Azerbaijan in Moscow and Kazan, during the CIS and BRICS summits.
