The Kremlin assessed Ukraine's readiness for negotiations

The Kremlin stated that there has been no progress in the negotiations on the part of Ukraine.

This statement was made on December 24 by the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the words of the head of the Hungarian government, Viktor Orban, about the end of the Ukrainian conflict next year.

The Kremlin representative once again confirmed Moscow’s readiness for negotiations.

We remain open to resolving our problems through negotiations, said the press secretary of the head of the Russian state.

However, on the Ukrainian side, Peskov continued, no progress has been observed in terms of readiness for negotiations.
