The Central Election Commission reported how many people have been nominated to territorial commissions to conduct elections
To conduct the elections of the President of Belarus, 153 territorial commissions will be formed in the country.
Among them are six regional and Minsk city, 118 district, four city - in cities of regional subordination, 24 district in cities.
The press service of the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic reported this on its official telegram channel.
According to published data, 1,725 representatives have been nominated to the specified commissions.
The largest number of their representatives – 1,179 people – were nominated by political parties and public associations.
From citizens by submitting applications – 443, from work collectives – 103, the Central Election Commission reported.
And they added: the formation of territorial commissions will be completed on November 6 of this year.
