Putin: Kursk region will be cleared of Ukrainian Armed Forces

Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the Kursk region will be cleared of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The head of the Russian state made this statement while talking to activists of the military-patriotic center "Vympel" from the Kursk region after laying flowers at the monument to Minin and Pozharsky.

Speaking with Vympel activists, the Russian President noted that after the Kursk region is cleared of Ukrainian troops, volunteer work will be in demand there.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' invasion of the Kursk region began on August 6. At the end of October, Putin reported that about 2,000 Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen were surrounded in the Kursk region.
