Before the start of the special operation in Ukraine, the West suggested that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky record a video testament.

This was stated by the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba in the documentary film of the Ukrainian TV channel TSN “USA-UA: Secret Files of the White House”.

The film was published on the TSN YouTube channel.

How the West suggested Zelensky record a video testament

As Kuleba said, in February 2022, at the Munich Security Conference, a “great friend of Ukraine” advised him not to return to Ukraine.

When I said that I was coming back, he said: “Well then, Zelensky needs to record a video testament,” the former head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry added.

He admitted that Ukrainians have overestimated Ukraine's importance to the United States for 31 years.

According to Kuleba, relations between Ukraine and the United States became relatively serious in early March 2022, when Ukraine “did not die.”

Before the start of the Second World War, the former head of Ukrainian diplomacy noted, the West was confident that Ukraine would lose.

In the same film, journalist Simon Schuster said that US Vice President Kamala Harris advised Zelensky to prepare for a guerrilla war and the creation of a government in exile before the start of the NWO.
