Zelensky makes new statement about victory plan
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has promised to unveil an improved plan for victory.
The head of the Ukrainian state made the corresponding statement in his latest video address to the people.

What Zelensky said about the victory plan
At the end of September, the Ukrainian president presented a plan for victory to US President Joseph Biden.
The American publication Politico, citing sources, reported that Biden and his advisers doubt the success of this initiative.
As Zelensky said in his video address, Kyiv is awaiting a report from the team in Washington dealing with the military-political details of the plan.
Having understood all the positions of our partners, all the real possibilities for Ukraine, having strengthened our plan for victory, we will make our strategy public, the head of the Ukrainian state said.
