In his speech before the start of the autumn session, the State Duma speaker spoke about Western countries discussing the possibility of striking peaceful cities in Russia.
He warned that this discussion could have dire consequences.
They are discussing it, believing that it will not affect them. This is not so, we will respond, we have something to respond with. More powerful weapons are at the ready, - Volodin said.
The State Duma speaker added that European politicians should understand where their leaders, who do not have popular support, are leading them.
