In the coming days, Great Britain, Germany and France will discuss a plan for the Ukrainian Armed Forces to launch Western missile strikes deep into Russia using navigation data from the United States.
This was reported by the Bloomberg agency, citing sources.
According to the agency, US President Joseph Biden discussed with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer a plan for the Ukrainian Armed Forces to strike deep into Russia with Storm Shadow missiles using navigation data from the US.
Bloomberg notes that the American leader was wary of such a step.
British officials will hold talks with their German and French counterparts on the plan in the coming days, the publication said.
The meeting between Biden and Starmer took place on September 13. Following it, no statements were made on the topic of strikes deep into Russia.
On September 12, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that lifting restrictions on strikes deep into Russia would mean direct participation of Western countries in the conflict.
