German Prime Minister Olaf Scholz assured that he will not allow Ukraine to strike deep into Russia.
The German Chancellor made this statement at a meeting with citizens in Prenzlau.

Commenting on reports that the US may lift restrictions, the German Chancellor noted that not all assumptions are true.
There are currently discussions in the West about the possibility of lifting restrictions on strikes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces deep into the Russian Federation using Western long-range weapons.
The issue was due to be discussed at a meeting between US President Joseph Biden and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer on September 13, but no announcements were made on the topic.
On September 12, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the lifting of restrictions on strikes deep into Russia by the North Atlantic Alliance countries would mean their direct participation in the conflict.
