Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed considering limiting the export of strategic raw materials.
The head of the Russian state made this proposal on September 11 at a meeting with the government.

You just shouldn’t do anything to harm yourself, ” the head of the Russian state clarified.
He recalled that Russia is the leader in reserves of strategic raw materials: it has about 55% of diamonds, almost 23% of gold and almost 22% of natural gas.
These are just the ones that come to mind: uranium, titanium, nickel. But there are others, Putin added.
