Russia and Ukraine did not have clear agreements on strikes against energy facilities.

This was announced on September 10 by the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov.

Journalists asked the Kremlin representative whether Moscow remains ready to refrain from striking energy facilities and the merchant fleet.

He noted that now, against the backdrop of events in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, it is difficult to imagine the possibility of reaching any agreements.

But with all this, for us, I repeat once again, the main thing is to achieve our goals, Peskov added.

Earlier, Secretary of the Russian Security Council Sergei Shoigu stated that before the attack of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the Kursk region, Russian President Vladimir Putin supported Turkey's idea to stop attacks on energy facilities and the merchant fleet, but Kyiv refused the agreement.
