Trump Reacts to Putin's Words of Support for Harris
Former US President Donald Trump, who is running in the current elections, responded to the Russian president's words about supporting his Democratic rival.
The charismatic Republican frankly admitted that he does not know how to feel about what Vladimir Putin said.
Let us recall that not long ago the Russian leader joked about the infectious laughter of US Vice President Kamala Harris.
He said that since the Democratic candidate had such an infectious laugh, she must be doing well, and Joe Biden recommended that his supporters support her.
We will do the same, we will support her, Putin said.
And he reminded that no one before Trump, as US President, had imposed so many sanctions against Russia.
And if everything is going well for Harris, then perhaps she will refrain from actions of this kind, the Russian president added.
Puzzled by Putin's support for his rival, Trump said he didn't know whether he should have called the Russian leader and "thanked him profusely."
