Why is a flat bowl better than a deep one?

This type of food delivery reduces the risk of the cat overeating. A pet that eats food from a flat bowl feels full on time.
And an animal that eats from a deep bowl often feels that the portion of food offered to it is too small. As a result, it eats everything that is in the bowl and demands more.
It turns out that the optical illusion is fraught with overeating and the development of obesity.
What to do with water?
It is clear that you cannot pour water into a flat bowl. Therefore, you need to use a separate container for liquid.
Or better yet, buy an automatic waterer. Fluffy creatures drink water from fountains much more willingly.
