Sparklers are a popular holiday attribute that adds a special magic to special moments.

However, as with any pyrotechnics, it is important to follow safety precautions to avoid injury and accidents.

We will share safety rules that should be followed when lighting sparklers.

Light it correctly

Light only the tip of the pyrotechnic product. This ensures that the fire is directed to a safe place and does not cause harm.

Keep it at a distance

Hold the burning sparkler by the metal part and tilt it at a slight angle to the ground at arm's length. This will help prevent sparks from coming into contact with your skin and reduce the risk of burns.

Handle sparklers with care

Never bring sparklers to your face or eyes. This can cause serious injury.

Do not wave lights near other people or animals to avoid causing harm to others, even if unintentionally.

Don't give sparklers to children - instead try to explain to them that fireworks can be dangerous.

Do not disassemble pyrotechnic products or try to burn them on a fire, and also avoid such entertainment if there are flammable objects nearby.

After use, allow the sparkler to cool completely before discarding. Place the used sparkler in a non-flammable container or water and dispose of the cooled sparkler with regular waste.
