In mid-summer the Earth will be covered by a magnetic storm.
According to scientists' forecasts, it will begin on July 12.
This information is posted on the website of the Solar Astronomy Laboratory of IKI and ISTP.
On July 1 and 2 the magnetosphere will be disturbed, but on the 3rd solar activity will begin to decline.
The magnetosphere will remain calm until July 8, when a brief burst of solar activity will occur.
The hardest days for weather-sensitive people will be July 12-13 – a magnetic storm of level G2 is expected.
The next deterioration in space weather is expected at the end of the month, with the magnetosphere becoming restless on July 24-25.
