For four days – from November 2 to 5 inclusive – traffic will be temporarily restricted on some central streets of the Belarusian capital.
This is connected, as the press service of the Minsk State Traffic Inspectorate reports on its official Telegram channel, with “the holding of events in the central part of the city.”
Thus, according to the department’s information, on November 2, restrictions will be in effect on Kirov Street (from 06:30 to 12:00) and along the Old Airport Square ring (from 11:00 to 18:00).
- Lenin Street - from Internatsionalnaya Street to Nemigiya Street; Pobediteley Avenue - from Nemigiya Street to the pedestrian crossing near house No. 2. They will be in effect from 06:30 to 11:00;
- Komsomolskaya Street - from the intersection with Karl Marx Street to the Dzerzhinsky Palace of Culture; Nezavisimosti Avenue - from the KGB building to the intersection with Lenin Street. They will be in effect from 10:00 to 16:00;
- Nezavisimosti Ave. - from the intersection with Komsomolskaya St. to the intersection with Engelsa St.; Lenin St. - from the intersection with Karl Marx St. to the store at the entrance to the courtyard of building No. 6. They will be in effect from 15:00 to 18:00.
– Kirov Street – from building No. 17 to building No. 35; Komsomolskaya Street – from Karl Marx Street to Kirov Street. They will be in effect from 08:30 to 12:00;
– Komsomolskaya Street – from Karl Marx Street to the intersection with Revolyutsionnaya Street; Revolyutsionnaya Street – from Komsomolskaya Street to Gorodskoy Val Street. Operational hours – from 12:00 to 14:30;
- Storozhevskaya Street - from Starovilenskaya Street to house No. 33/2. Effective from 15:00 to 18:00.
– from 07:00 to 09:30 – along Jasmine Street from the intersection with Petra Mstislavtsa Street to the second intersection with Petra Mstislavtsa Street;
– along Jasmine Street from the second intersection with Petra Mstislavtsa Street to Nezavisimosti Avenue.
The State Traffic Safety Inspectorate called on drivers to take this information into account when planning trips, to be careful and attentive, and to comply with traffic rules.
