It is natural for a person to experience emotions and worry. Very often he faces fear, the intensity of which can vary.

If it's light, it's quite easy to forget about the feeling, ignore it, and move on. But sometimes it's not possible to get away with such a small price.

Reactions to fear can vary, and are individual for everyone. But it is quite possible to single out several of the most common ones among their huge number.

Physical struggle

It is not necessarily connected with a fight with someone who is frightening, who is trying to offend. But, by the way, someone can behave like that. Most often it happens that an individual, experiencing fear, begins to swear, shout, and can insult someone.

This is how he defends himself, prevents an attack from the enemy, or can create the illusion of security.

Establishing distance

When experiencing fear, a person may try to hide from what causes it. He will try to run away from the source of fear, and will use any opportunity to distance himself.

In a place where nothing can disturb him, he will definitely feel calm.

Fading

Sometimes a person does nothing. He may be in a state of stupor, which is natural when there is no idea what to do next.

The individual will simply try to survive, to remain unharmed. For this reason, he will instinctively stop acting, so as not to take unnecessary risks, not to provoke anything or anyone.

Surrender

This reaction is similar to the previous one, but there are differences. A person who gives in is not tense. He relaxes, surrenders to circumstances.

The absence of struggle is like dying. Only the latter in this case does not really happen.

Make friends

If there is no one to call for help, a person may decide to make friends with what caused him fear.

He will try to negotiate with what scares him, he will convince himself that he needs to adapt, soften, because in this case there will be no threat to security.

These reactions to fear are natural, normal, and can happen to anyone when a situation gets out of control.
