According to their assessment, the Belarusian caused damages amounting to over 90,000 rubles with his actions.
We are talking about damage to a car as a result of an accident committed at the height of alcohol consumption by young people.
Details of the story were made public by the press service of the State Forensic Expertise Committee for the Minsk Region.
Breaking the "taboo"
It all happened when the youth were indulging in merry revelry on holiday in the resort village of Naroch in the Myadel district.
At some point, the company decided that it was necessary to listen to music in a BMW car belonging to one of the participants in the group vacation.
The owner had nothing against this idea, but he did not allow anyone from his circle to travel by car.
However, two young men, having properly “fueled up” with alcohol, nevertheless decided to bypass the imposed taboo.
We waited until the owner was not around and took the car – we really wanted to impress one of the girls in the company.
Meeting with a power line and a ditch
During the trip, the guy driving the BMW lost control due to the wrong speed.
The result was: the car skidded, collided with a power transmission line support, and went into a ditch. As a result, the car received serious damage.
Not finding his car in the morning, the owner of the car contacted the police with a report of theft, the department noted.
And they added: a forensic automotive expert examination was ordered to establish the damage caused as a result of the accident.
Forensic experts have determined that the amount of damage caused to the BMW exceeds 90,000 rubles.
The driver’s actions have been given a legal assessment, the capital’s State Forensic Expertise Department summed up.
