Recently it became known that a citizen who committed a terrorist attack against Russian General Igor Kirillov, the head of the NBC protection troops, had been detained.

Let us recall that the explosion also killed the assistant of a high-ranking military man, Ilya Polikarpov.

It turned out that those who ordered the murder promised the perpetrator $100,000 as a reward, as well as travel to one of the European countries.

According to the TASS agency, a 29-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan, recruited by Ukrainian special services, was detained.

On their instructions, this man arrived in Moscow, where he received a powerful homemade explosive device.

He placed the IED on an electric scooter, which he parked near the entrance to Kirillov’s house.

I watched the house from a rented carsharing car, in which I installed a Wi-Fi video camera.

The footage was broadcast in real time to the Ukrainian city of Dnepr – to the organizers of the terrorist attack.

As soon as the killer received a video signal about the soldiers leaving the entrance, he remotely detonated the explosive device.

As for the arrest, it happened, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in a village near Moscow.

The Uzbek was taken to investigators. During interrogation, he confessed that he had been recruited by Ukrainian special services.

It should be noted that the criminal case is being investigated under three articles of the Criminal Code of Russia.

They provide for liability for murder, terrorism, and illegal circulation of weapons and ammunition.
