The man and his child wanted to take a photo with the panther.
During filming, a wild animal attacked the boy.
The incident resulted in the baby receiving injuries. The injured child was taken to a medical facility.
A criminal case has been opened on the incident under Article 238 of the Russian Criminal Code.
Law enforcement officials admit that services intended for children were provided that did not meet safety requirements.
