What happened
A man whose Mercedes was scratched contacted the Grodno police. The car was parked in Popovich Lane.
The criminal investigation department of the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs reviewed the video from the surveillance cameras and found out that the car was scratched by a 71-year-old pensioner.
The woman admitted that she scratched a Mercedes with a nail on the way to the market. The Grodno resident also scratched a Peugeot, and on the way home she scratched the same Mercedes on the other side.
The cars were parked without violating traffic rules. According to the pensioner, she scratched the car "because of her maliciousness."
The Grodno inter-district department of the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against the Grodno resident under the article "Hooliganism". The damage caused amounted to 1,500 rubles.
