A fire broke out at the Mogilevtransmash plant
On the evening of September 4, a fire broke out on the territory of the Mogilevtransmash plant, which is well-known in Belarus (and not only).
Rescuers received a message about a fire at the plant on Wednesday at 16:40.
Upon arrival at the scene, they discovered a fire inside the paint booth of the assembly and paint shop, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Emergency Situations reports .
Please note: even before the rescuers arrived, the facility’s staff had evacuated the workers.
However, when the Ministry of Emergency Situations workers inspected the workshop, they discovered a man born in 1974.
It turned out to be the shop foreman. Using a mask for the rescued person, the firefighters brought the citizen out into the fresh air. He was not injured.
According to the department, the fire damaged the drying chamber. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
It is known that the technological process in the workshop was suspended. But the plant's work was not disrupted.
At present, experts are establishing the cause and all circumstances of the incident, the press service summed up.
