For the fourth day, unrest has continued in Georgia, organized by the opposition, which disagrees with the results of the parliamentary elections.

Let us recall that it was officially announced that the Georgian Dream party had won.

Those who disagreed with this took part in mass protests in the capital and a number of other cities in the country.

The previous evening, as the portal “TUT NOVOSTI” writes , special forces in Tbilisi used a water cannon, thus pushing protesters away from the parliament building.

Firecrackers were thrown at the security forces from the crowd of protesting citizens, and fireworks were also launched and stones were thrown at them.

Before this, it was reported that protesters used the same pyrotechnics to fire at the parliament building.

The media also reported that a crowd of protesters attacked a metal barrier, over which firecrackers were thrown.

Protests in Georgia flared up with renewed vigor after Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze announced on November 28 that negotiations on the country's membership in the European Union would be suspended until 2028.
