Poland plans to create minefields on its eastern border.

According to Polish Television, minefields on the eastern border of Poland will be created as part of the Eastern Shield project.
Today, military exercises related to testing some elements of the Eastern Shield began at the training ground in Orzysz.
The training program includes the installation of concrete hedgehogs and the creation of anti-tank ditches and minefields.
Poland will implement the Eastern Shield project until 2028.
Warsaw plans to spend 10 billion zlotys ($2.5 billion) on building fortifications on the eastern border.
