The report says the possibility that the crash was caused by a shell or the impact of electronic warfare, laser or electromagnetic weapons has been ruled out.

Forensic experts did not find any suspicious substances in the bodies of the deceased.
An analysis of the documents relating to the technical condition of the helicopter showed that it was checked and repaired in accordance with regulations.
The pilots followed the established route without deviating from the given trajectory.
