If we talk about preparations specially developed to combat rust, then these include such as Previkur, Skor, Bordeaux mixture, Topaz, etc.
Folk remedies
Between treatments carried out using chemicals, and also as a preventative measure, it is permitted to use folk methods.
Here are three of them that have proven to be the most effective.
1. A solution of 60 g of baking soda, ½ tablespoon of liquid soap and 5 liters of warm water.
2. Infusion of 200 g of peeled and crushed garlic cloves and 2 liters of water. The remedy is infused for two days, then filtered.
3. A solution of 1 liter of kefir or whey and 10 liters of water. This option is only suitable for cloudy weather – it loses its effectiveness under sunlight.
