Do you use bay leaves exclusively as a spice?
This means that you are not aware of the versatility of these leaves.
They can be used not only in cooking, but also in everyday life. For example, to combat stench.
Bay leaf is also an excellent garden remedy.
It turns out that bay leaf copes well with many pests. The main thing is to know how exactly to turn the spice into an insect "repellent".
Take a saucepan, pour a liter of water into it and add all the bay leaves from the package.
Bring the liquid to a boil and turn off the heat.
Add a little liquid soap to the cooling “water” and mix well.
Pour the cooled decoction into a spray bottle.
Pour drops of the prepared solution onto vulnerable plants. Repeat the procedure after a few days. The aphids will disappear.
Prepare the same decoction, but without the soap component.
As a result, you will get a great mosquito repellent spray.
Simply place the leaves on the area you want to protect from ants.
The result will pleasantly surprise you: the above-mentioned insects will really stop appearing.
