To get the birds to agree to such “cooperation”, try to lure them to your site by placing feeders on it.
Platform feeders
They are open feeders and look attractive not only to small sparrows, but also to larger birds, such as pigeons.
The downside of such feeders is that the food in them is not protected from bad weather, and large birds like crows, which look good even without feeding, may set their eyes on the food.
Bird feeders
The name speaks for itself: externally, these feeders resemble houses, usually equipped with a gable roof.
Thanks to it, the contents of the feeder are not exposed to rain, snow and wind.
Mesh feeders
They are bags made of fine mesh. Old tulle can also be used to make mesh feeders. The bags are filled with seeds and small nuts.
This type of feeder will definitely not collect trash, and it is convenient for birds to cling to the threads and peck at the treats.
Bottle feeders
Such “canteens” can be made from unnecessary plastic bottles – every owner has plenty of this stuff.
Tetra Pak Feeders
Don't agree to put up with the presence of plastic in your yard? Fill milk cartons or cardboard boxes with food, cut holes in them and hang them on a tree.
