White flies, sometimes called whiteflies or aleurodes, like their larvae, feed on the juices they suck from the stems and leaves of indoor plants.
As noted by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, scientist-agronomist, landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh, if the gardener does not take measures, his green pet will simply die.
The first thing to do is to inspect the flower to remove those parts that are heavily affected by insects and their larvae.
If there are only a few pests, try the following methods.
To prepare it, you will need to crush 2-3 cloves of garlic, pour the resulting mass with a liter of water at room temperature and leave in a dark place for 24 hours.
Then strain and spray the plant every 5-7 days. The procedure should be done 3-4 times.
You will need to gut two dozen strong cigarettes to get the tobacco out of them. It should be poured with hot water and left for 5 days in a dark place.
After straining, spray the flowers three times, leaving a 2-3 day break between procedures.
Grind tar or laundry soap on a grater (use the side with small holes). Mix the shavings with water in a ratio of 1 to 6.
Treat the plants with the resulting solution every day, spraying or wiping their leaves and stems. This should be done until the pests are completely destroyed.
