Don't rush to throw away rusty nails that you've been using for a long time. They can come in handy and bring real benefits.

Rust on nails, say those in the know, can save your houseplants.

If, for example, we are talking about fading representatives of flora, iron will restore their former strength and stimulate further healthy growth.

You will need 5-6 old rusty nails and a plastic bottle, which we will fill halfway with water.

Then we'll put the nails in there and leave them for a few minutes. The water will gradually start to change color.

We screw the cork on, shake it well, and then carefully drill three holes in the cork.

We'll get something that looks like a watering can. And we'll pour water with rust on the soil of the plants that need help.

You will soon notice that the latter will “come to their senses” and, as in the old days, will delight you with their lush flowering and bright colors.
