If your houseplant hasn’t bloomed for a long time, you definitely shouldn’t despair.

There is a way that can help stimulate this process.

We are talking about changing the temperature regime. To do this, the temperature in the room with the orchid must be lower than the daytime temperature at night.

If the plants feel that the temperature is starting to drop a little towards evening, then the buds are knocked out.

In winter, you can turn off the heating in the room at night, and in summer, it is enough to take the flower out onto the balcony.

If such measures seem too radical, then proper feeding is necessary.

Rice water, which contains many useful elements, will show excellent results.

The product should be applied approximately once every 3-4 weeks. But it is important to continue repeating the procedure throughout the growing season.

It is very easy to prepare such fertilizer.

To do this, dry a glass of white rice in a frying pan and then grind it using a blender.

Then just one spoon of the resulting flour needs to be poured with a glass of boiling water. As soon as the solution cools down, you can proceed to watering.

Earlier we talked about how to care for orchids in February.
