Greening

Before planting potatoes, they need to be greened. This simple technique will help protect the future harvest from many pests, and all because the sprouted potatoes begin to produce solanine, which protects them.

To sprout potatoes, lay them out in one layer in a bright place and turn them over once every three days for two weeks.

Spraying

Before planting potatoes, be sure to treat the tubers with a special solution.
