It is no secret to anyone who grows plants that not all crops grow equally well.
To fix this, you can use growth stimulants. But, as the expert of the online publication "BelNovosti", scientist-agronomist, landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh explains, these means should be used only in special cases.
1. When you need to speed up plant growth
If you do not have enough time to grow seedlings, you can speed up this process with the help of growth stimulants. Not only will you save time, but you will also not have to spend money on expensive phytolamps.
As a result, you will be able to plant peppers and eggplants not in February, but in March, and tomatoes not in March, but in April.
2. When individual plants lag behind in development
To help individual specimens catch up with their “brothers”, you can also use growth stimulants, because it will be much better for the harvest if you plant equally developed plants in the soil.
3. For plants brought from afar
Those seedlings that have spent a long time on the road are probably weakened, and with the help of the named preparations you will help them recover faster.
4. For exhibition plants
If you are preparing for an exhibition, and some specimens are lagging behind a little and do not have time, for example, to gain a sufficient number of flower stalks, there is nothing wrong with stimulating them - this way the entire collection will be leveled out.
5. For rare plants
Finally, preparations containing growth hormones should be used for rare plants that have come to us from other conditions and are now going through an adaptation period.
