It is believed that thanks to the kerfing, absolutely all the eyes on the potato sprout.

As a result, summer residents harvest a rich potato crop consisting of large and healthy tubers.

An important condition: you should resort to this “trick” only before you start sprouting potatoes.

To do this, you can make a ring-shaped cut on the vegetables, cut them on one side or diagonally.

To perform this task, use a thoroughly disinfected knife, which should be rinsed with water after handling each tuber.

Using this knife, make a cut about 1.5 centimeters deep. After this, you can lay out the potatoes and wait for the sprouts to appear.
