An expert of the online publication "BelNovosti", agronomist and landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh told about the composition that should be used to feed winter garlic in the spring so that the plant does not encounter diseases and grows huge.
How to prepare the remedy
Garlic needs nitrogen and calcium for protection and full growth.
The source of the first microelement should be ammonia, and the source of the second - chalk.
For 10 liters of water there should be 40 milliliters of ammonia and 200 grams of chalk.
After thorough mixing, you will get a liquid that needs to be poured under the plant.
The next procedure should be watering the garden crop with plain water.
After a couple of weeks, some complex mineral fertilizer should be added to the soil in the garlic bed.
