Growing microgreens today is a whole science, about which quite a lot of articles have been written.
In most cases, a standard container, soil and seeds are used, which are germinated from time to time.
Some people use special germinators, while others use expensive systems.
We suggest you pay attention to a simpler way of growing microgreens.
Take a jar, water, paper towels without patterns, a plastic container, a spoon, a change of clothes and a spray bottle.
Wet paper towels and wring them out well – the greens will only grow if there is optimal humidity.
Fold the towels in several layers and place them on the bottom of the container. Spread the seeds over the surface with a spoon and spray them with a spray bottle.
Cover with another clean towel and put the container in a dark place for a day. The sprouts should hatch soon. Then put the microgreens in the light.
