How to create a mushroom meadow on your site: follow these recommendations, and everything will work out

If you don’t have time to go to the forest to pick mushrooms, this is not a reason to give up your favorite delicacy.

And now we are not talking about buying forest gifts, but about planting mushrooms on your own plot - this way you will be able to collect them all summer and autumn, and you won’t have to go anywhere.

To do this, you will need several overripe boletus, aspen mushrooms or birch mushrooms - on their basis we will prepare "seedlings".

You will need to cut off the caps of the mushrooms and put them through a meat grinder.

Place the resulting “mince” of mushroom caps in a liter jar filled with rainwater and add 2 teaspoons of dry yeast.

This mass should be infused for 24 hours. Your task is to stir it periodically.

While the “seedlings” are being prepared, you can take care of the planting site, for which a site next to a non-fruit-bearing tree – aspen, birch, etc. – or, in extreme cases, not far from a wooden fence, is suitable.

Make a bedding here using moss, wood dust and leaf litter, replacing the top 30 cm of soil with it.

All that remains is to make a depression and pour the mixture from the jar into it, cover it with bedding on top and water it, but not immediately, but after 10-15 days.

You will be able to reap the first “harvest” next year.

Earlier, BelNovosti wrote about why it is dangerous to buy mushrooms from people.
