For this you can use agrospan, or if you don’t have it, regular film.
Install arches over the flowers, onto which you need to stretch the covering material, pressing down its edges from below with something heavy - a few stones, bricks or boards will be enough.
Now, if a short-term frost comes to your site, you can be sure that the flowers are protected from its negative impact.
