Even if you've been diligent in keeping your tomatoes healthy, the plants may still become diseased.

In this case, the soil cannot be left untreated.

Anastasia Kovrizhnykh , an expert of the online publication "BelNovosti", a scientist, agronomist and landscape designer, notes that pathogenic flora remains in the soil. This means that next year's plantings will be doomed.

How can we save the soil?

First of all, it is recommended to prepare a special composition that shows a high level of effectiveness in the fight against pathogenic flora.

To do this, you will need to take one glass of regular mustard powder per 10 liters of water. Pour the powder into the water, stir and wait at least three hours.

Afterwards, the bed where the tomatoes were growing is watered.

But that's not all.

It is recommended to have time to plant mustard on the plot. In this case, the soil will not only be saved from pathogens, but will also become several times more fertile.

It is worth noting that the method is completely safe despite its effectiveness.
