The second half of summer is a good time to use foliar feeding on tomato beds.

Their purpose is to replenish the lack of nutrients, as well as strengthen the ovaries and promote the growth of mass and ripening of tomatoes.
But instead of going to the store to buy the necessary preparations, you can prepare the fertilizer yourself.
To do this, you will need just a few components - ash , boric acid and iodine.
Dilute 1.2-2 liters of ash in 5 liters of boiling water and wait until the mixture cools, then add clean water to a volume of 10 liters.
After this, add 30 drops of regular pharmacy iodine and half a teaspoon of boric acid.
Give the solution time to rest - just wait a day, then dilute it with water in a ratio of 1 to 10 and you can spray the tomatoes.
