Hydrangea bushes covered with flowers are the best decoration for any area.

If you want your hydrangea to look exactly like this – royal, you need to create optimal conditions for it.

This means that the plant needs to be fertilized with compounds high in potassium and phosphorus, the soil needs to be kept moist, protected from the cold, provided with access to sunlight (but not placed in direct sunlight) and, of course, the soil acidity needs to be monitored.

We will talk about the last point today.

It turns out that the most common kefir can be used to acidify the soil for hydrangeas.

By the way, it is not at all necessary to take a fresh product – you can use one that has been stagnating in the refrigerator for this purpose.

All you need to do is fill a bucket of water and add 2 liters of kefir. It can be replaced with whey.

After the contents of the container are thoroughly mixed, water the hydrangea at the roots.
