Every gardener who is going to decorate his own plot with lushly blooming rose bushes should familiarize himself with the diseases that can interfere with his plans.
An expert of the online publication BelNovosti, agronomist, and landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh spoke about such an insidious disease as powdery mildew.
As soon as you notice the first signs of disease on your roses, you should start removing all the affected leaves.
All collected material should be destroyed immediately by exposing it to fire.
After this, start preparing the solution that should be used to spray the plantings.
To do this, you will need 10 liters of water and 50 g of copper sulfate. In addition, stock up on a small amount of laundry soap.
If you don't have any, you can replace copper sulfate with iron sulfate. For the same volume of water, you will need 250 g of iron sulfate.
