There is no good harvest for summer residents who do not treat the plantings on their plots from pests and diseases!

If you do not want to be known as a careless gardener, the expert of the online publication "BelNovosti", scientist-agronomist, landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh advises not to neglect this procedure.

If we are talking about currants, ordinary baking soda will help you with this.

This product is capable of not only fighting pests, but also coping with numerous plant diseases that are fungal in nature.

To prepare the solution, you need to fill a bucket with warm water and add soda.

For 1 liter of liquid you will need 2 tablespoons of soda. Don't forget about another necessary ingredient - a small amount of liquid soap.

One bush will require 3-4 liters of solution, which should be sprayed on the plant.

An important nuance: such treatment should be carried out in early spring, as soon as the snow melts, in order to do it before the currants start to bloom. The procedure is started early in the morning or late in the evening, and after spraying the bush cannot be watered for 12 hours.
